This program is dedicated to Swargeeya Dr M Vedavalli, Director of Madras Music Academy. The Music Academy is the premier organisation of our country involved in the promotion and safeguarding of the classical fine arts of music and dance. Its tradition and history go back 88 years to 1928, when the Academy was founded. This special tribute is prepared and presented by Dr Usha Sridhar.
